Huawei to Showcase Products at GTC

Huawei will demonstrate its FusionServer products and high-performance computing solutions for big data, cloud and virtualization at the GPU Technology Conference (GTC), held in San Jose, California, from March 17 to 20. Huawei is a Silver sponsor and is exhibiting in Booth #629.

From its FusionServer product line, Huawei will present its 2-socket rack server RH2288H V3 and its 4-socket rack server RH5885H V3. The RH2288H V3 supports two general-purpose computing on graphics processing units (GPGPUs) and provides acceleration performance in heterogeneous environments to meet the requirements of high-performance computing (HPC) applications. The RH5885H V3 supports up to four dual-slot GPGPUs, with independent power supply and optimized heat dissipation functionality. It provides powerful application acceleration capabilities together with the latest NVIDIA Tesla K80. To meet the requirements of mission-critical applications such as databases, virtualization, business intelligence, and HPC, the RH5885H V3 provides up to 60 computing cores and a memory capacity of up to 6 TB.

Other Huawei products that will be on display at GTC include:

  • HPC infrastructure – A wide array of next-generation server, storage and networking products, which feature optimal performance, quick deployment, and energy efficiency.
  • GPGPU virtualization technology – A solid foundation for desktop cloud and rendering cloud application, this solution virtualizes and pools GPGPUs for virtual machines.
  • Converged architecture blade server E9000 – The expansion blade CH220 V3 of the E9000 which provides two dual-slot GPGPUs in a 1.5U space and offers an all-in-one solution through flexible node configuration.
  • High-density data center server X6800 – A solution that features eight dual-slot GPGPUs in a 4U space, with the maximum acceleration performance of each cabinet reaching 150 TFLOPS.
