ASRock Rack Introduces Latest EPC612D4U-2T8R 

TAIPEI, Taiwan, June 29 -- ASRock Rack has officially announced its latest EPC612D4U-2T8R. EPC612D4U-2T8R is considered to be the first MATX featuring the Intel Xeon E5 v3 series with LGA 2011-3 single socket. It supports four DDR4 DIMM slots and eight SATA3.0 ports. The board comes with LSI 3008 to achieve the hardware acceleration by supporting eight SAS3 ports.

Overall, with the high performance processor, storage and network all together in a macro ATX motherboard, EPC612D4U-2T8R is perfect for compact storage solutions such as mid-range servers, web 2.0 storage servers, and other warm data servers. It fits in ASRock Rack’s previous released storage solution 1U12L-C612D4U, and currently has EPC612D4U, EPC612D4U-2T, EPC612D4U-8R and EPC612D4U-2T8R for customers’ selection.
